Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at techjoyinnovations@techjoy.store with the following information:
- A clear explanation of the reason for the return.
- Photos or videos of the item to verify its condition. If photos do not clearly show the issue, please include a video for clarification.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please note that items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at techjoyinnovations@techjoy.store. Our team will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Customized or personalized products.
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you have concerns about whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before making a purchase.
Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item (following the process above) and place a new order for the desired item once your return is accepted.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To qualify:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at techjoyinnovations@techjoy.store.
